ABOUT HONEY ROAD DESIGN

  • I’m located in Sugar Land, Texas, just outside of Houston. I serve clients all over the United States.

  • With technology today, I’m able to build websites remotely but am happy to travel for clients if needed.

  • You will always work with Megan Coleman, owner of Honey Road Design.

PLATFORM

  • I build exclusively on Squarespace using the Fluid Engine 7.1 editor. I also offer website strategy sessions for clients using other platforms.

  • Squarespace allows me to create clean, strategic, and easy-to-manage websites that are reliable, secure, and flexible. It’s perfect for small businesses and nonprofits.

  • For most small businesses and nonprofits, yes. If your needs are more complex, I’ll provide an honest assessment.

  • Yes! Every project includes guidance, training videos, and step-by-step instructions. Ongoing monthly support is also available to a limited number of clients.

PROJECT TIMELINE

  • We begin with a strategy-focused conversation about your goals. From there, I handle structure, design, and build inside Squarespace. You’ll have opportunities to review and give feedback along the way.

  • Most Squarespace projects take 4-6 weeks, depending on scope and content readiness. I provide a clear timeline at the start and communicate updates throughout the process.

  • I value working with a few clients at a time so my attention doesn’t get spread thin. I will communicate my schedule with you so you’re not surprised by the timing. Then a date will be secured on the calendar with the down payment.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

  • Investment depends on the website size and scope. A detailed quote is provided after our call, but you can get an idea of the pricing per package here.

  • You can either pay the full amount upfront (to save 5%) or 50% upfront and 50% at launch. Payment details are clearly outlined in your quote.

  • Yes, most projects require a contract so everyone knows what to expect. But I keep it simple!
